Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Available for night shift schedule and First Shift training (4–6 weeks).
• Experience in a cGMP clinical production environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities associated with the production of sterile biological pharmaceutical products
• Follow written procedures, guidelines, processes, and work instructions accurately
• Recognize and report deviations from established procedures or practices
• Maintain compliance with cGMP requirements and quality systems
• Follow safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure team members follow safety and quality requirements
• Work primarily in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Follow required cleanroom gowning and aseptic practices
• Coordinate resources and responsibilities to support production activities
• Provide direction and leadership to team members when needed
• Promote a positive work environment and interdepartmental collaboration
