Job summary

Sterling Kohler is seeking an Iron Foundry Operator to be responsible for operating core machines and troubleshooting within the foundry. The position is onsite in Kohler, WI and offers a compensation of $26.55 per hour with additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all operations of core machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and monitor sand and resin systems, perform pattern changes.
• Know all processes of the core making process.
