Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Cookie Crew Member in Lake Charles, LA to join a fast-paced bakery and delivery operation. You will welcome guests, bake and package warm cookies, and handle in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders with a friendly, team-focused attitude.

You'll operate the register, maintain cleanliness, and help with restocking and line flow. Evening and weekend availability is common, and the role offers growth into leadership with a strong emphasis on hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and make interactions memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies and other treats to quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe during shifts.
• Support teammates and move the line to keep service smooth.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency with Shift Leader support.
• Deliver memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
