Stellar Senior Living in Sun City, AZ is seeking a dependable Cook for a full-time overnight shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) Tuesday–Saturday. Join a large senior living community focused on quality meals and resident well-being.

As part of the culinary team, you will prepare high-quality meals, follow recipes, and ensure safety standards while supporting residents and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar cooking or food service position.
• Experience preparing meals for large groups preferred.
• Knowledge of special diets and modified meal preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled overnight shift.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food service department.
• Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and high-quality meals in a timely and organized manner.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic food production skills while consistently meeting company quality standards.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and established preparation procedures.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Follow special dietary requirements and meal preparation guidelines as directed.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and community teams to ensure residents receive excellent dining service.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
