Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a production associate to operate a convoluter and ensure quality product. This role involves setting up equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

You will work on assembling tubes, performing inspections, recording measurements, and collaborating with maintenance and team leads. High school diploma or GED required; production experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read work orders and follow manufacturing specifications.
• Able to monitor machine sounds and diagnose changes.
• Team player with good math, reading, and writing skills.
• Lean fundamentals knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install guide tube, die and lip seal per manufacturing specification.
• Check equipment setup to ensure capability.
• Verify water pressure and adjust systems.
• Monitor tube through oven, vacuum tank, puller and die speed.
• Record measurements on SPC chart and cut tube as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S.
• Report production issues to Direct Lead.
• Perform work of an equal or lower classification.
• Follow safety regulations and quality guidelines.
