Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understand electricity and electrical theory; working knowledge of computers, PLCs, and electrical/pneumatic components.
• Able to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and follow diagnostic/repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep systems running at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Lead preventative maintenance and support critical projects across the plant.
• Provide on-the-job training and communicate shift activities clearly.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies.
