Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising night construction preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift construction activities on-site.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure workflow and schedule adherence.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct nightly safety meetings and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain site security and control access during night operations.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays in real time.
• Coordinate with Day Superintendent and Project Manager for seamless shift transitions.
• Review daily progress, productivity, and manpower reports.
• Verify material deliveries and proper storage/handling.
• Oversee quality control and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports.
