Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Civil Helper, Nights to support skilled craft workers on construction projects. You will perform general labor, operate basic tools, and maintain a safe, organized site during night shifts.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work nights, and reliable transportation. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties: digging, trenching, shoveling, material handling.
• Assist craft workers (pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators) as directed.
• Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely.
• Clean and prepare sites, remove debris and hazards.
• Load/unload materials and equipment from trucks.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
