Requirements include prior labor experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and OSHA 10 is a plus. You will work with the field crew to keep the job site organized and safe overnight.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• OSHA 10 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and physical work on an active job site.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades as needed.
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas.
• Work efficiently with the crew during overnight operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent.
