Job summary

Millstone Weber is seeking a concrete paving mechanic to mobilize paving equipment, support paving operations, and perform maintenance on concrete paving machinery. The role involves long hours in a fast-paced environment, with travel to various project sites and potential night shifts.

Ideal candidates have experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, powertrains, electrical systems, and welding, plus a valid driver's license. CDL is preferred and safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform physically demanding work and operate paving equipment.
• Experience with diesel engines, electrical, hydraulics, powertrain, and welding preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and set up concrete paving equipment per project specs.
• Support paving operations and maintain concrete grade and edge tolerances.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain issues; perform shop and field service.
