Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring an Order Selector for D-shift overnights in Edwardsville. The role involves removing pallets from trailers with a forklift, breaking down and stacking cases, and verifying product, dates, and quantities in a cooler/freezer environment. Expect 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week, and a base pay of $25.45/hr with incentives.

PPE is provided. Candidates should have at least one year of forklift/warehouse experience and be willing to cross-train as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift and warehouse experience (at least 1 year with a single employer in last 5 years).
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Must be able to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 90 lbs, occasionally up to 110 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Remove pallets from trailers using a forklift.
• Break down and stack cases while receiving; verify product, date, and quantity.
• Work in a cooler/freezer environment with temperatures -10 to 32 F; PPE provided.
• Work 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week; attend to other areas as needed.
