Job summary

Chobani is hiring a Brewer to blend coffee and ingredients per the Standard Operating Procedure, working closely with the Concentrate Production Supervisor to ensure quality and consistency.

Night shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 pm - 3:30 am. The role includes operating equipment, setting parameters, sanitation, inventory control, and communicating pasteurization details to the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units and decimals.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Work in a wet environment and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Control flow of concentrate: wash equipment, load coffee, brew, extract, transport concentrate.
• Collaborate with R&D on continuous improvement.
• Mix and blend ingredients to create batches.
• Set equipment parameters for operation.
• Perform quality checks as required.
• Perform sanitation.
• Inventory and control ingredients.
• Maintain daily records.
• Operate forklift trucks.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
