Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Welder to operate multi-spindle CNC machines on the 3rd shift, producing high‑quality fastener components. You will set up, monitor, adjust tooling, and inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications.

The role emphasizes reading detailed instructions, maintaining quality, and safe operation of machinery. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with CNC/manufacturing experience beneficial. Attendance and reliability are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience helpful but may not be required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to recognize quality issues.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple-spindle CNC machines.
• Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts.
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, process standards, and control plans.
• Identify quality issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work independently while meeting production goals.
