Job summary

Bonnell Aluminum in Niles, Michigan is seeking a 3rd Shift CNC SET-UP/OPERATOR responsible for setup, adjustment, and operation of CNC Machines. The role entails working from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, requiring willingness for overtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be required to read inspection tools, pass a skills test, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
• Experience with vertical and horizontal CNC mills.
• Ability to pass a skills-based test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust CNC machines.
• Perform maintenance checks and mix coolant.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
