The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, hands-on CNC experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for cross-shift collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience leading supervisors, team leads, and production employees.
• Hands-on leadership in CNC machining, automated manufacturing, or high-volume production.
• Proven ability to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and develop production teams.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; able to lead independently at night.
• Experience using production data and performance measures to identify issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop night shift supervisors, team leads, and staff.
• Own night shift CNC production performance, including safety, quality, output, uptime, and labor efficiency.
• Oversee approximately 10 CNC machines, two edge-banders, and supporting equipment to meet daily goals.
• Manage staffing, overtime, workflow, and priorities based on capacity.
• Monitor downtime and partner with Maintenance to identify root causes and improve reliability.
• Address quality issues quickly and coordinate with Quality/Production to prevent recurrences.
• Review production data to find opportunities to increase output and efficiency.
• Provide clear daily shift reporting and handoffs with the Day Shift CNC Manager.
