Job summary

Reinicke Athens Inc. in Athens, GA is seeking an experienced CNC Plate Processor Operator for the night shift on a Peddinghaus HSFDB-2500. You will set up, program, and run plate materials to produce precise base plates, gussets, and connection parts from CNC programs and shop drawings.

Responsibilities include tool changes, crane and forklift handling, quality inspection with calipers, maintaining traceability, and adhering to safety standards while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details.
• Operate Peddinghaus HSFDB-2500 to produce accurate components.
• Knowledge of carbide tooling, feeds, and speeds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Peddinghaus HSFDB-2500 per CNC programs and drawings.
• Safely load/unload plate using cranes, magnets, and forklifts.
• Install and change drill, tap, and milling tools in the OT changer.
• Monitor cutting quality and adjust settings or replace consumables.
• Inspect finished parts with measuring tools to verify dimensions.
