Job summary

Shively Bros., Inc. is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our Michigan shop. You will operate manual CNC machinery, inspect parts, and assist with finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, good math skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Training is available for the right candidate, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 6pm–6am shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and shop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Finish and deburr parts.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Measure and mark parts as needed.
• Complete production and inspection paperwork.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and training requirements.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
