Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops is seeking a CNC Operator for night shift at our Boise local branch. The role emphasizes safe operation of CNC machinery, setup, measurement checks, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, CNC experience, math proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to read English. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, EAP, FSA, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• CNC Operator experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of written English.
• Understanding of fractions and measurements.
• Troubleshooting and use of good judgement.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the CNC machine.
• Set up stock to be machined using laser guides for placement of product.
• Load machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters.
• Verify settings by measuring positions and adhering to set standards.
• Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; take measurements, troubleshoot processes, adjust and reprogram controls, sharpen and replace worn tools; adhere to QA procedures.
• Maintain workstation in a clean and orderly manner.
• Observe and adhere to all safety procedures on the production floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
