Total Talent Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator in Orange, VA to operate conventional and CNC production machines, monitor quality, and help maintain steady production in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, familiarity with CNC controls, strong attention to detail, safety-minded teamwork, and a willingness to work the 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating CNC machines or similar machining roles preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple CNC machines and control systems expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including winders, milling machines, drill presses, lathes, and grinders.
• Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain production records and support safe, efficient operations.
