Job summary

GABLETEK is looking for experienced Machinists to join our night shift team in Holland, MI. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machining centers, primarily vertical mills, and requires a high school diploma and CAM programming experience.

The position operates Sunday through Thursday and supports our Skilled Trades and Engineering teams in designing and deploying custom automation solutions. Candidates with 2+ years of machining experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machining experience or vocational training preferred.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers required.
• Journeyman Machinist certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machine tools, primarily vertical mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints to machine parts to precise tolerances.
• Calculate and adjust feeds and speeds for optimal performance.
