Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years CNC machining experience or technical program completion.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC controls.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and technical specs.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and offsets for runs.
• Program, edit, and adjust machines as needed.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot issues and report problems.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Follow safety and process standards.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
