Silfex is hiring a CNC Machinist 3 for the night shift (6pm to 6am) at our Eaton, OH facility. You will operate 3 to 5 axis CNC machines, set up new tools, and conduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, profilometers, and CMMs.

You will work with engineering to update procedures and mentor junior machinists while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires 3+ years of CNC experience on 3/5 axis machines, strong shop math, GD&T knowledge, and solid

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of CNC Machining experience on 3 or 5 axis CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Operate 3 to 5 axis CNC machines per work instructions and manufacturing plan.
• Startup and shutdown machines; run new tool setups.
• Inspect parts in-process and final using precision measuring tools and CMMs.
• Maintain toolings, perform preventive maintenance, and document measurements and observations.
