Job summary

Glidewell Dental in Memphis, TN is seeking a night-shift Maintenance Technician responsible for repairing and maintaining CNC equipment and production machinery. You will inspect equipment, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate CNC milling machines, 3D scanners and printers, and provide onsite and phone support to customers.

The role requires 1+ year of troubleshooting experience, experience with CNC machines preferred, strong English communication, knowledge of cGMPs, and ability to travel

Qualifications

• 1+ year troubleshooting or repair experience.
• Able to work the listed night shift.
• CNC machines experience preferred.
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken).
• Domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain minor and routine CNC equipment and production machinery issues.
• Examine data from equipment and machinery issues to identify root causes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper working conditions.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain CNC milling equipment, 3D scanners, and 3D printers.
• Observe equipment in operation to locate problems and use precision instruments as needed.
• Move and rig production equipment as required.
• Install and set up new equipment as needed.
• Provide onsite and phone support for customers.
