Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift in Big Lake, MN. On-site role, Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, with a pay range of $30.00-$36.00/hour and comprehensive benefits.

The position involves installing, maintaining, repairing, and relocating CNC and manual equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance. Strong blueprints, electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and ISO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Related technical certificate/diploma with two years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with electrical circuits and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Experience in an ISO environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and relocate CNC and manual equipment for the facility, referring to manuals, schematics, blueprints and other relevant documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic, and restore equipment to optimum condition.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and perform PM activities.
• Maintain technical library and spare parts inventory, including data entry into ERP and procuring supplies.
• Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment.
• Modify machines and building for specialized functions.
• Perform minor building maintenance functions, including plumbing and electrical.
• Properly respond to spills and other incidents.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
