Revolution is hiring a Night-Shift Maintenance Technician in Oakdale, MN. The role maintains and repairs equipment, documents repairs, and ensures smooth operation with preventive maintenance and responsive troubleshooting.

The position offers a pay range of $26-$32 per hour, with a $1/hour night differential and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities. A strong attention to detail and accountability are valued traits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge or experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
2 years plant manufacturing experience preferred; degree in Mechanical/Electrical field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electronic controllers such as PLC drives.
Able to work extended hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.
Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
Respond to production requests and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations.
Provide daily reports of shift activities.
