Job summary

Revolution in Oakdale, MN is hiring a Night-Shift Maintenance Technician to keep equipment running through preventive and as-needed maintenance, documenting repairs, and reporting daily shift activities. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a night rotation.

Salary ranges from $26-32/hour with a $1/hour night differential and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a retirement savings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
• Mechanical or electrical degree with plant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic controllers such as PLC drives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing replacement parts.
• Use shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings and schematics to adjust or repair machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate with production.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.
