TKO StaffPros, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for night shift in Verona, MS. The role involves operating induction brazing equipment, CNC machines, and assembly tasks in a fast-paced facility.

Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. You will train on the 1st shift before transitioning to the regular night shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).Starting pay is $16.35 per hour, with a schedule Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience.
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
• Experience with induction brazing is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor induction brazing equipment after proper training.
• Operate and assist with CNC machines according to production requirements.
• Use basic computer systems and production software.
• Set up, load, and unload materials and components.
• Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Perform quality checks and inspect finished products.
• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work effectively with team members and communicate production issues.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
