Framebridge Inc. is seeking a meticulous Art Manufacturing and Mechanical Production Technician for the night shift in Richmond, KY. The role involves operating CNC routers, cutting picture frame components from acrylic and mat board, and assembling frames with high precision.

You will nest patterns efficiently, set up a pneumatic underpinner, and collaborate with neighboring art cell teams to meet order deadlines while maintaining lean manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Use nesting software to maximize material usage and support lean manufacturing.
• Run a double miter saw to cut moulding to exact measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue in preparation for underpinning frames with a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with art cell teams to receive live orders and prioritize production tasks.
• Perform final visual quality inspections on frames to ensure craftsmanship and specs.
• Assist with packaging and shipping finished products as needed.
