Framebridge in Richmond, KY, seeks an Art Manufacturing and Mechanical Production Technician for the night shift. You will operate CNC routers, cut frames from acrylic and mat board, and ensure lean, high-quality output.

You’ll collaborate with art cell teams, prioritize orders, and maintain craftsmanship that exceeds customer expectations. The role emphasizes hands-on woodworking, proper use of a double miter saw and pneumatic underpinner, and ensuring on-time fulfillment while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Efficient time management in a fast-paced production.
• Collaborative approach with cross-team engagement.
• Prior woodworking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC routers, double miter saws or similar machinery preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Experience with computers and basic IT skills preferred.
• Familiarity with picture framing or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Use nesting software to arrange cutting patterns and maximize material usage.
• Operate a double miter saw to cut moulding to exact measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue in preparation for underpinning frames.
• Collaborate with neighboring art cell teams and prioritize production tasks.
• Conduct final visual quality inspections on frames.
• Assist in shipping to package and ship finished products when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of materials and tools.
