Job summary

Framebridge in Richmond, KY is seeking a Custom Art Framing Specialist to join our team on the Day Shift. This full-time role involves reading orders, applying hardware, and performing final quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will document customer preferences, take precise measurements, and assemble frames with care, aiming to meet production and quality goals while maintaining craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Document customer framing preferences for each order and envision final product look.
• Input measurements accurately to ensure frame and mount board compatibility.
• Support mat orders and cross-train for framing and mounting.
• Escalate questions about artwork/orders to the customer experience and leadership teams.
• Prepare and mount art pieces per customer specifications.
• Assemble artwork meticulously following quality standards and precise measurements.
• Review work orders and execute precise mounting procedures.
• Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation.
• Handle delicate components and ensure QA of each piece.
• Trim surrounding materials with precision to protect artwork.
• Leverage visual-spatial skills for presentation of final products.
• Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge.
• Exercise attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
