Warren Barr Gold Coast in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. You will supervise CNAs, conduct evaluations, provide education, and monitor daily living activities to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate and CPR Certification.
• Two (2) years of CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide education and guidance to CNAs as needed.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) support and observe changes in residents.
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain high standards of care.
