Job summary

Warren Barr Gold Coast in Chicago, IL, is seeking a CNA Supervisor to lead and support our Clinical Department. You will supervise CNAs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing education to nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.

Applicants must hold an Illinois State CNA certificate and CPR certification, with at least two years of CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

As a C.N.A. Supervisor you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atHealthcare Nursing Centerby providing general supervision of C.N.A.’s, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to C.N.A.’s as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State ofIllinoisC.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. Certification. Two (2) years of C.N.A. experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferable.
