Job summary

Ascension Via Christi Village Manhattan in Manhattan, KS is hiring a Night shift, part-time Nurse Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility and personal care for residents in Skilled Nursing. You will observe changes and report to nursing staff, maintain a clean, safe environment, and collaborate with nurses on procedures.

Licensure and education requirements apply; BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide licensure or certification required or obtained before hire.
• BLS certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
• Observe residents closely and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by identifying hazards and reporting safety concerns.
• Partner with nurses to assist with physician-ordered procedures and resident care.
