Job summary

ICFAI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Statesville, NC to support patient care under RN supervision. The role offers a 36-hour work week with a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift and a sign-on bonus plus benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities include assisting with unit tasks, safeguarding patient health information, and accessing medication storage areas as needed within policy. A high school diploma and a current BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required unless currently enrolled as a high school student in NC CATS program.
• BLS certification required through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and pass a basic FIT test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unit/patient care needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
• Has access to patient health information as related to job responsibilities.
• May have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as related to job responsibilities.
