Job summary

North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, FL is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for the night shift. You will work with our nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care, maintain records, and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.

The role requires current CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and physical capability to lift patients are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and mobility
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in care conferences and develop individualized care plans
• Report any changes or concerns to the nurse in charge
