Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of the technology systems necessary for patient data collection into EMR.
• Follows plan of care to include performing treatments and procedures competently under direction of RN (vital signs, EKGs, drawing blood, specimen collection, etc.).
• Completes all required clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures availability of resources (equipment, instruments, supplies) to support positive patient outcomes; maintains clean, safe work environment.
• Takes direction from charge nurse to help admit, discharge, or transfer patients efficiently.
