Qualifications

• Current CNA certification issued by the Arizona State Board.
• Documentation in EHR or similar system.
• Experience with patient care and ADLs.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow protocol.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties within scope of practice to ensure quality patient care under supervision.
• Completes required documentation in the electronic health record.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment; records histories and vital signs.
• Performs office procedures, tests and examinations as directed.
• Maintains adequate supplies for exam rooms.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
