Qualifications include a High School diploma, CNA or PCT certification, BLS/CPR, and willingness to cross-train. Phlebotomy experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication and patient-centered care.

Formación

• High School/GED required.
• Current CNA or Patient Care Tech certification required.
• Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Neonatal emergency response training within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to cross-train to other areas and assist with phlebotomy and clerical duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clinical team within patient-focused care system under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient charts and unit supplies.
• Take vital signs and report abnormalities to licensed staff.
• Perform clerical duties and support unit operations.
