Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a part-time CNA to assist licensed RNs in delivering basic patient care on a night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends. The role supports admissions, discharges, and daily unit operations to ensure quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds WA CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS in 30 days. Prior CNA experience and MA phlebotomist certification are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current WA CNA certification.
• WA Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification preferred.
• BLS (Healthcare Provider) within 30 days of hire – AHA or equivalent.
• Minimum one year CNA experience preferred in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provides inventory/ordering of supplies and stocks patient rooms.
• Assists nursing staff with clerical duties and inter-department communications.
• Performs basic patient-care tasks (bathing, toileting, vital signs, mobility, etc.).
• Maintains safety, infection control, and fall-prevention practices.
• Represents organization in a professional manner and adheres to policies.
