Qualifications

• Ability to document patient records using PCC and complete in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for activities of daily living.
• Reposition and transfer residents between beds and wheelchairs.
• Observe and report unusual findings to the charge nurse.
• Keep call system within reach and answered promptly.
• Assist with measurements such as height, temperature, and pulse.
• Help residents with errands and activities as needed.
