Job summary

The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care in our Skilled Nursing unit. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and support nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida CNA license
• Ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend English
• Ability to document patient records using PCC and complete in-service training

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for activities of daily living
• Reposition and transfer residents as needed
• Observe and report unusual findings to charge nurse
• Ensure call system is accessible and responsive
• Assist with measurements (height, temp, pulse, respirations) and resident errands/activities
