Job summary

Autumn Embers Senior Living is seeking a CNA Caregiver/Medication Aide for a full-time 3rd shift role. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain resident dignity in a person-centered environment.

You will observe residents, document outcomes, and communicate concerns to wellness staff. Prior experience preferred; equal opportunity employer and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training per state rules.
• Maintain up-to-date medication certification as required.
• Compassionate, empathetic and professional in all interactions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-supervising, motivated and collaborative team player.
• Organized, flexible and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per policy.
• Observe residents, document effects, and raise concerns to supervisors.
• Support activities of daily living while respecting dignity and independence.
• Communicate clearly with Wellness Director and staff as needed.
