Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff, including taking vitals, bathing, dressing, moving patients, changing linens and reporting changes in patient condition.
• Obtain information on patient condition as requested by nursing staff.
• Nurse Assistant Trainee will train in classroom and clinical settings and complete competency assessments.
