Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for patients including bathing, dressing and eating.
• Assist with medication administration and ambulation.
• Support mobility around the home or during appointments and activities.
• Plan and prepare meals for clients.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as directed.
• Complete shopping for clients or accompany them to shops.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Report unusual incidents promptly and respond to emergencies.
• Offer daily living activities and assist with meals as needed.
