Red Cliffs Health and Rehab in St George, UT is expanding its nursing team and seeking a dedicated CNA for the night shift (6 PM–6 AM, 3 days/week). On-the-job training is provided, with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Requirements include an active CNA certification, strong communication, and a willingness to learn state and federal long-term care regulations. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Formación

• Must hold an active CNA certification.
• Demonstrate clear communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Answer call lights to determine resident needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bed, bathing, eating, dressing, bathroom, mobility).
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure appropriate meals.
• Record intake and output as required.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and build rapport with residents.
