Job summary

Scott Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our night shift team in Adrian, GA. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate, patient-centered care, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour with evening/night shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with compassion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
