Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation in Herculaneum, MO is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift (11 PM–7 AM). Join a resident-focused team delivering compassionate overnight care, assist with ADLs, and follow care plans to ensure safety and dignity for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification is required.
• New CNAs with clinical training are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or senior care is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity during the night shift.
• Perform regular resident rounds and respond to resident needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility nursing procedures.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and the nursing leadership team.
