Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. Join our compassionate team to provide high-quality care, assist with ADLs, and support patient comfort in a reputable rehabilitation setting.

You will work closely with nurses and therapists, document care, and help maintain a positive, patient-centered environment. Successful candidates pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
• Candidates must pass Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene
• Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
