Qualifications

• Must pass Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by our Medical Director.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapy team and Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
