Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and meals as part of the care team.
• Follow infection control and center policies.
• Measure and record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain CNA certification as required by the state.
